Our stylish private function rooms and events spaces

Our Areas

Our lovely Parlour & Tellers Room as well as The Loft space are now available to book for private functions and events.

Both are the ideal space for celebrations of life, christenings, baby showers, birthdays, engagement parties and more. Our team can help to advise you on the perfect space for your event. Both areas can be booked for the same event.

This vibrant area is perfect for sit-down meals, buffet-style dining or drinks. Sitting & standing options are available.

The Parlour can accommodate up to 20 guests seated, The Tellers Room can accommodate up to 25 guests seated.

We can also accommodate standing events for between 25 & 65 people in either one or both rooms.

The Loft is perfect for a drinks receptions with lighter bites. The space boasts a small private function bar and two flat-screen televisions.

Guests can also play their own music via Spotify through the loft’s sound system. Minimum 20 people, maximum 35.

We have a range of food and drinks menus that we can provide for your group depending on what you are looking for.

A stylish Canape menu is available in both the Parlour & Tellers Room and The Loft.

We require a food pre-order for all private dining and events bookings.

The Parlour can accommodate between 15 and 20 guests seated, and between 20 and 30 people standing. Minimum booking of 15 people.

The Tellers Room can accommodate 18 to 25 guests seated, and between 20 and 40 standing, along with the adjoining bar. Minimum booking of 18 people.

The Loft can accommodate up to 35 people standing. Minimum booking of 20 people.

A deposit will be required to confirm your booking.

A member of our team will confirm this amount with you once they understand the size and scale of your event.

Deposits are non-refundable, but are fully redeemable against food and drinks either pre-ordered or ordered on the night.

A full food pre-order is required at least 1 week in advance of any private functions, to allow for our kitchen team to prepare for your arrival and to ensure service runs smoothly for your event.

I want to say how pleased we were having my Daughter’s Hen Do at the Loft. All arrangements went as planned. 

The food was lovely and guests all commented on that they enjoyed it. The room too was praised and felt very relaxed to have a get-together there. 

I want to thank Jack for his help and Murray was very helpful and cheerful all afternoon. He was so good with all the drink orders and got boxes so guests to take away some of the lovely food so nothing was wasted. 

Our guest who had severe nut allergies was very pleased with her food and it was a kind gesture that there was no additional charge for her special request in terms of fries from main menu. 

I would definitely recommend the Loft at McLaren’s for anyone wishing to have a special event as it was was ideal for what we were looking for.
